Candidates with experience of UNIX and Windows administration will be at an advantage.
Role Summary
First line support within the GGRE Technical Applications Support area of UK Application Services
Monitoring and response to tickets in the call logging (Remedy) system as part of a global network. The role will primarily be support, but with discrete pieces of work to improve the operating environment of our systems.
Experience/Skills
• Degree level in either a Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Experience of GGRE Technical Applications, such as Landmark and Petrel.
• Experience of systems administration on UNIX and Windows would be advantageous.
• Strong analytic and problem solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
