CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPLAINT HANDLER – 3MTH TEMP – BIRMINGHAM – £190 PER DAY
We are looking for experienced QC Officers to support the Complaints Handling process. You will deal with complaints from the debt management area experiencing financial difficulties.
The ideal candidate will have working experience within an FSA / Regulated environment, ideally have banking / insurance or FSA complaints experience. You will hold FPC/CIFA qualification. You will have strong communication skills and time management skills.
This will be shift work, Monday to Sunday 8am-6pm
