Description:
Based in London a PPI Business Analyst is required to work on a large scale PPI banking operations programme.
You will be required to analyse and agreed the need for business change; define, shape and validate business change requirements. Evaluate and recommend solutions to meet business requirements and drive business improvements.
Specific duties include:
• Support the definition, shaping & mobilisation of projects such that they meet business need.
• Define, document & agree scope &requirements and recommend solutions that are fit-for-purpose.
• Apply Agile techniques to define & agree solutions in the shortest possible time.
• Identify improvements to processes and systems to drive business improvement.
• Challenge priorities and requirements to ensure proposals meet business needs.
• Drive the production, prioritisation, recommendation & agreement of business and systems change requirements.
• Ensure that all project development activity is aligned to business needs and priorities.
• Drive, coordinate & facilitate activities to identify & evaluate all solution options ensuring that they address business requirements and that the best solution option is recommended.
• Ensure that all benefits are defined, quantified & agreed and that a benefits tracking approach is established.
• Support the production and agreement of business cases and Cost Management Unit submissions.
• Identify, establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
• Support the activities of the other project / workstream team members, contribute to their development and provide support and guidance as appropriate.
• Support reviews to ensure full understanding of issues, risks, dependencies and assumptions, formulating mitigating measures for them.
• Rapidly develop the necessary knowledge of systems, processes and procedures to ensure that all project / workstream deliverables are fit-for-purpose.
