PMO Manager
Description:
PMO Manager x 2 required for Leading UK Banking & Finance organisation. London based - 6 month contract.
All standard PMO duties, reporting into Decision Framework Programme Manager within the Risk Transformation Programme.
- Planning (including MSP)
- Reporting
- Cost management
- Resource administration
- Communication/liaison across programme team and stakeholders
- Change control and dependency management
- Monitoring or compliance with minimum programme standards
• Own the production of reporting article e.g inputs for Execution Boards, Steering Committees etc.
• Support all Project and Programme Managers identifying, defining and agreeing dependencies with other areas of the bank
• Implement continuous improvement to the overall project management process
Additional:
Must have exceptional Stakeholder Management skills due to working across the Group
Excellent written skills required, to be able to clearly articulate dependencies
Strong governance experience
