Inside Sales Representative
Description:
Our client are a California based technology company that have grown substantially over the last few years. They are a provider of CRM software solutions and have are keen to further enhance their business in Europe.
They now require an Inside Sales Representative to assist with lead generation and managing queries through various channels.
Based in Cambridge the successful candidate will be responsible for
* Qualifying leads and determining their relevancy and potential
* Distribution to relevant channel partner and tracking to ensure appropriate closure
* Ensuring the channel partner ordering and information process goes smoothly
* Liaising with existing accounts for renewal of subscriptions
Experience and skills required
* Must have previous experience of inside sales of critical business solution
* Experience of working with channel partners would be advantageous
* Knowledge of CRM systems would be advantageous
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to give short demos
* Must be highly driven and self motivated
