Description:
CNC Machinist £11.23 plus shift pay.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established engineering company based in Lacashire. Due to increased work load our client is looking to recruit two extra CNC Machinists.
It is essential you have proven machine background knowledge experience within vertical and horizontal milling using Fanuc programming.
We are looking for CNC Machinists to Programme, Set and Operate CNC controlled machining centres Namely 5 Axis Horizontal Boring, Bridge Gantry Mill & Vertical Turning Machining centres.
Duties
To operate CNC vertical lathe, machining a variety of components in chrome, irons and sq irons with Fanuc controls in heavy environments
Essential Skills/Experience:
Experienced in programming and setting.
You should be fully conversant with drawing interpretation, use of precision measuring equipment and a range of inspection techniques.
A good sound working knowledge of either Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc controls & direct numerical control networking is essential.
Need to be able to work on shifts 6-2, 2,10 and 10-6.
