After beginning his career as a mechanical engineering graduate, Andy spent 10 years within a high paced sales environment, which ultimately led him into the recruitment industry as a new business development manager in the mid 1990s. In 1998, Andy, along with co-founders David Bedford and Lisa Kwiecinska, saw an opportunity to shake up the UK recruitment market with the introduction of Recruitment Zone, later to evolve into the RZ Group.

Determination is at the core of Andy’s professional success, as illustrated within his willingness to only accept ‘the best’ in all aspects of his business life. It was always his goal to grow a market leading company with high calibre staff and high standards of operation and he is incredibly proud of the reputation that RZ has built in the market.
